  I've been here for a couple events and there was never a dull moment! I really love coming here and you're going to have a great time. The owner Allan is a great guy and very nice. The place is so clean and spacious and the staff are so helpful and nice! I'm definitely coming back again.

  The venue space is nice. It is clean and well maintained and we had an awesome coordinator (Keisha) the day of however, the compliments end there. When using this vendor please beware of changing prices. This facility was used to throw a baby shower and we were told that Sunday use would give us a lower rate by about $500. When the contract was signed there was no additional savings only the advertised Sunday rate. They also charge $250 to bring your own food if you do not cater through them which I feel is absurd. To avoid the catering/corkage fee we used their catering but, their catering was really food ordered from our local grocery store this is something we could have done ourself. The $250 corkage fee kind of binds you so your not saving regardless of the option you choose. Also we noticed staff members (not Keisha) helping themselves to our food without an invitation from us to do so. Oh I forgot to mention that a staff member (again not Keisha) invited company to entertain her while working the event and we had to report the uninvited guests to management. In summation please be aware of the hidden fees, and loop holes when using this place. To me it seems to be a rip-off however my friend enjoyed her shower so I would not call it a total loss.

  I can't begin to express how wonderful my daughter's Sweet 16 party was because of the Palm Beach Event Hall. The ENTIRE staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so nice, courteous, and professional. And a HUGE THANK YOU to Phil Carbone for helping every step of the way. The room was beautiful, and our guests had an amazing time. I would HIGHLY recommend this event hall for any occasion. These guys are the best!!! Thank you so much!

  Disgusting experience!!!! The staff is UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT. And I quote "the owner is jewish and is only worried about his money" from Gabrielle Basiste one of the simpleminded agents there. As for the homely manager Phil who pretended he was working in our best interest turned out to be a big FRAUD!!! If you do not want to get ripped off STAY FAR AWAY from this establishment!!!

  the hall is beautiful and that is worth the 2 stars. But the staff is unprofessional. the owner/facilitator is over seeing s wedding i attended wearing dirty jeans and wrinkled polo shirt. the bartender that is provided by the hall is dressed in a tank top exposing her bra and did not communicate appropriately.
  the hall has multiple events at once which is fine. but there is no signage directing guests. i witnessed someone signing a guest book for someone else's wedding!
  lastly the images on the window are horrendous. they should deduct the price so that people may pay to cover it up. or the venue should have made the images opaque so that you don't see them on the inside of the venue.
  otherwise, beautiful space!
